Thanks Alka for the links. Both are helpful.

But in both the blogs he is usign WSPUBLISH transaction. Is there any way to Publish Enterprise servicein registry through SOAMANAGER transaction?

Even this indicates use of WSPUBLISH Transaction.

I'll update if any new information is found.
