Hi

I think you might be ins situtation that a mail is sent to a outlook or some email in which a link is provided on executing it, It ill navigate him to some SAP screens where it is asking for user authentication If this is the case then I would recommed that create a servcie user and sassign tha user name and password to one of the connection in SM59. Txn.

Can you please elaborate a bit more your scenario.

Check the SAP standard function module's SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN and SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_ACTIVATE to activate the substition.

Thanks for the response and appreciate for you time , If I had substitute more than 20 people this function module can handle SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_ACTIVATE. Because my user donu2019t want to give any user id to send work item .
