Promotion Management Univer/Connection movement

Hi,

Please guide me ,I need to move the user group and connection/Universe list ..what would be the step required while promotion using manage dependencies ..Does I required to do manually change the connection and in case of User group any authenticity to change manually.

What about the connection/Universe promotion in reference of manage dependencies ..As i already moved the report without dependencies

while promoting, select security settings, select the option "Promote security" and promote object security, user security.
