prodproduct name & product version missing

Hello Gurus,

                        For EP 7.3 & banking server SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.1 we could not able to see the product name & product version in SLD for respective servers.

How  to trouble shoot it.

I have reran RZ70 & SLD data supplier ,but no luck.

and like to confirm you were mentioned that you could see the product name and product version of other system means? your ep system name is missing in SLD? or you were nt able to see the SAP Netweaver product and version ? Please Clear

We have problem only with  product name & product version (misssing product name & product version ) in SLD for EP nad banking servers in SLD of solman.

please check the attachment for same.

Hi,

Run a check for your SID using LVSM. If necessary, you can add them manually there.

We are at solman7.1 SP06,i believe we don’t have LVSM ,i done it in LMDB(adding product system)

my confusion is which product version i need to select in LMDB for adding EP 7.3 as product system

initially i added SAP NETWEAVER 7.3 as product version , Enterprise portal as product instance and ran the verification check

resulant  verification check is failed with some error and asking me to maintain below the product instance

EP Core - Application Portal

CRM Portal Content NW7.3

CRM Portal Content core NW7.3

Adobe Document Services

As a result I added the above 4 product instance ,ran verification check and its finished successfully

Please confirm whether iam going in right direction in manage system configuration.

I dont think so its an program error,because it  product name & product version is showing for others system in SLD, we are facing problem only for banking server & EP.
