Process Chain Pause

I have been having a reoccuring Problem with my process chain. If you monitor the loads in the chain, the items go Yellow, then green, but for some unknown reason the next step takes sometimes as much as 10 minutes to start. No processes are running in SM50 or SM37. The system just seems to take a break. Is there a timeout setting somewhere?

Aslo check in the process chain if a "wait time" option is used for the next process.

In your info package , there is a time out setting , may be you can check that . Open the info package , on the menu bar , click on Schedular and under that there is a 'Time Out ' option.
