Dears :

Sometimes, when the agent receive workitem in inbox, then execute the user decision and choose the activity. It will call the task and display something.

At the same time when i refresh the inbox, i will receive another mail entitle 'DISPLAY_ST' . (the name of Work item text ).

tks for your reply.

1. i have checked, there is no substitution. Yeah, the item should be called work item. Here the work item is a option of the user decision.

2. the trigger event does not exist.

The problem seems strange, when i excute the user decision, later i will receive another work item in my wokkflow inbox.

Have a look at the log for the item in your inbox - is it the same item as the other agent gets or a new one? Is it even the same WF?

Hope that helps,

Mike

Hi,

Firstly, please please make sure you understand the difference between "mail" and "workitem", they are very different: A mail is something you send out which people can read and delete; and a workitem is something you can execute and will remain in your inbox until it is complete or forwarded. An inbox for mail can be outlook/notes, an inbox for workitems would be SBWP or the UWL.

I assume the "mail" you refer to is actually a workitem. Check that you do not have anyu substitution active. In SBWP goto Settings -> Workflow Settings -> Adopt Substitutions, which will list all the users for whom you can be a sub.

Hope that helps,

Mike
