Problems gettine new license on go.support.sap.com/minisap/#/minisap

Hello guru.

When I try to get new license key for SAP-cloud-developer-trial ABAPTRIAL_2022 on go.support.sap.com/minisap/#/minisap, credentials has been required to me as below.

I tried input my SAP universal ID and pw, system shows any system list as below.

Is this just issue on web server side? Or are there need to be additional settings?

Please guide to me.
