Problem with Webconsole

Hi all,

I am facing problem with one Hierarchy group in Webconsole.Whenever I click on this group I get the details of the group I clicked before and when I tried deleting this group It gives me error saying :"Connection couldn't be recreated: 1 cause: Encountered invalid managed connection, last cause Couldn't execute interaction. 2 cause: Couldn't execute interaction. "

Hi Neha,

Can check whether your user is listed under the HG which you are trying to delete.

Please try to create one HG and delete the same.

Please see the following scenario.

HG1

|------- user1

|----

---

user2

HG2

|----

---

user1

|----

---

user3

when you are clicking HG2 you are getting correct details right.

and when you click HG1you are getting the details of HG2.

This is because one of the user assigned to HG1 is got deleted .

for example u deleted user2 from su01 transaction in middleware.

solution is -: please create the same user again in the middleware and try to access the details of HG1 and then you will be able to delete the it.

Hi Satyendra,

thanks for ur reply. I raised an Oss note for this thing 2 weeks ago.. They debugged the system and found the same problem as u mentioned...

Hi Neha,

Please check whether you are authorize to delete that HG or not.

Also you have to find out the creater of that HG.

If you only had done the above step then is must be a authorization issue.

I have authorization to delete the HG. But i didnot create the Group..
