Hi Fardoon,
The error messages RSAR373 & RSAR374 can be solved by SAP Note 140276.
Also refer to SAP Note 524554.
The errors usually happen because source system is not connected properly.

Hi Fardoon,
Check if someone has changed something in source system in rsa1. iDOc type and related components are generated by system.
You can restore Source system to fix this error. for this u need to open client at both source and BW, give SAP_ALL access to ID's at both place and then restore the source system.
