Hi all,
Always in the past, you could select multiple tasks in the queue, then you would approve one, get the message asking if you want to handle all of the subsequent tasks the same, you click yes, then all you would have to do is click on the yellow "up" arrow to approve through all of the workitems. The way it worked for me this morning was I got the screen up and had to click Approve each workitem. That was never how it worked before.
Could anyone help me?
I dont know where to start?
Thanks in advance.
Lisandro
Check your personal settings in SBWP
Settings>Workflow settings>Personal settings
Check if checkbox Transfer of Execution to Other Work Items Possible is ticked.

Then it's easy
SAP supports multiple execution of workitems, provided it meets the standards it has written out in the documentation.
So if you have done exactly as SAP has said for setting up multiple execution (only one parameter from a task, personal settings in sbwp and exactly the same tasks in the inbox)
Then your only option is to write an oss message stating that you encountered a product error.

Multiple execution only works if the tasks are exactly the same, ask your basis/project team if transports have been imported to the prd system regarding workflowtasks.
