Problem with Enterprise Portal

Hi, All

I have prblem with my portal, when I open the portal (URL), the page is not presented (The page cannot be shown), however I have restarted the service several times, and the problem persists

I can indicate whether there is any log where you can check whether there is a problem?

Hi Danny,

Do check if the page is not collapsed.

If this is not the problem, can you provide more information as to what do you see, any error or blank page. Also, which page are you trying to access?

I see the messenger : The page no found .

I shutdown the server and start again , after I load the instance and data base and now the portal is working

I don 't know what happended.

Which logs file I can to review for to find some rare event?

check for the latest default trace files that has been saved in your user directory and

also use this to trouble shoot....its a good tool

Hi all

My problem continues, the portal is functioning normally and after some time the page is not displayed, it appears that the service stop and I got to restore the site to reboot the server.

I checked the log file defaulttrace and find this message:
