Hi,

We have a daily loads in a Process Chain, which is failing at Info Package or DTP with below reason(but no one is forcing it to terminate):

Request REQU_BJX7FQOVPNIM7NX0QEA9O9WLA is to be terminated immediately at user's request

Chain run AIMHUFDOTNPNBV591DMOB4DOE to be terminated as soon as possible due to user request

But when we are executing those Info Package or DTP manually it is loading Data perfectly.

Or if run the Chain manually it is running fine.

When it is scheduled and when it runs at its scheduled time it exactly failing at IP or DTP.

We tried to Transport Info Package, DTP and Datasource from D to Q, it didn't help.

Please give us your suggestions.

Thanks and Regards,

HemanthK

Process chains are dumping with the Message Number - 'RSPC141'

RSPC141 is shown when someone manually request the current execution of the process chain to be stopped. The root cause is most probably a 3rd party scheduler tool, which try to schedule the process chains maybe Redwood, which is not setup correctly.

In order to solve this issue it is requested you to kindly follow the below KBAs resolution steps and this issue should get resolved by this.

  • 2616386 - Dump "RSSM_MON_WRITE_3" with Error "RSPC 141"
  • 1658606 - Process chains or chain processes terminate with RSBK257 and RSBK254

The root cause is may be an incorrect behavior of 3rd party tool REDWOOD, it is likely that the external job scheduler (REDWOOD) trying to cancel the process chain and due to which the reported chains have been failing

  • "SAP KBA: 1658606 - Process chains or chain processes terminate with RSBK257 and RSBK254" is applicable with the case.
  • To avoid this situation make sure REDWOOD is setup correctly.
  • Also, As an workaround you may also try to execute the process chain using the FM RSPC_API_CHAIN_START.

Kindly check with the REDWOOD team, ask them to cancel the operation in the external job scheduler and this should resolve the issue.
