Problem while displaying iViews in Portal Page

Hello all,

I am working on PDK.NET and i have created two iViews. One iView contains combo box and label control and other iView contains Tab strip control.

When i have added these two iViews into the SAP Enterprise Portal page, it behaves strangely.

The problem is in page layout, When I add the iView containing combo box under the iView containing the Tab strip control it works fine but when I reverse the position of the two, controls inside the tab strip control are not getting displayed.

Does anybody knows the reason behind this? what is the possible solutions for the same?

Hi Prashant,

This happens due to the Tab Strip Control which occupies whole page area. Divide your page layout in two columns. It will work.

Thanks for the reply.

But i have the problem regarding the same. I have one more iView with the Tab Strip control with 3 Tabs by default and i am adding more tabs in the same dynamically. but when i add this iView in page, i am not able the see the controls of the tabs.

This iView is also added in the separate column of the SPA EP Page, still controls are not displayed.

This iView works fine while watching in the separate browser instance.

I tried all the SAP EP Page layout but still i am not getting the solution. Can you give some suggestion?

Dynamically tabstrip is not created properly.first create tabstrip and then their view elements.

Hi Prashant,

Change your Page Layout.Define the page layout with 2 columns(Equal-Width), now u place ur iviews in two columns of ur page layout and click on save .Now u will find the changes.
