Hello (sorry for english i am french)

We have SAP Crystal report 11 to install on a windows XP SP3 (administrator)

No problem during installation, but at the end when we want to start CR => the file crw32.exe is not present in the directory.

No antivirus, No firewall, ...

Sounds like you installed the runtime file and not the actual full product.

What is the name of the file you are using to install and how big is the whole software package?

If you are using Crystal Reports XI ( version 11.0 ) then upgrade for free to CR XI R2, use your XI keycode to install it:

Also, make sure you are installing under a local admin account. CR requires full permissions to install everything. Right click on the setup.exe and select Run As Administrator.

Hello,

I find the problem :

We have a solution for Single Sign On with our client network (Evidian Entreprise SSO).

it blocks the copy of crw32.exe .  Why ?  i don't know because this not a antivirus or something else. It is only to have only one password for all the applications used.

I stop the evidian service, and the crw32.exe is now present.

I don't undestand the interaction between this program ...

Hello,

CRW32.exe does not require a password to run it so it's Evidian blocking access.

I don't know Evidian, you'll have to ask them why.
