Problem in receiving workflows

Hi all ,

I have a requirement in which a SAP user X,

are not receiving workflows for fixed asset and account payable.

i believes User X as controller and receiving all confirmations that the workflows are being approved by corporate and requests are being filled.

Where should I check for this,

i checked PPOSE but not getting any solution..

please put some light on the issue.

Please analyse the Workflow Log. It is very difficult to understand why the user is not receiving workitems. It can be a lot of reason. Check whether the users Id exist in the system. Also check how the agents are determined.

SWI2_FREQ provide the Workflow Template number with WS in front and execute you will get it.

Hi Devraj,

First please try to find out the Workflow number that supposed to be trigger and to come to user X.

Based on workflow number, use SWi1, give Task : <your workflow no> and Date : <dates that you expect workflow should have been triggered> and execute , you will get the workflows triggered for this number and for the dates. Based on the workflow log, you can analyze further.
