Problem CRM_DNO_MONITOR variants in 7.1

Hi Everybody,

we were working with variants of the crm_dno_monitor as worklists for our key user and message processor.

2 particular variants are not working anymore like they did in 7.0.

I had both configured as 'Mine' and per debugging also the Partnerfunction set to SDCR0001. That used to work very fine, the user would only get all tickets where he is the requester.

Now it seems like this doesnt work anymore in 7.1.

Has anybody made some experience with this?

Hi Abosi,

As far as I know for Solman 7.1 , its the recommended way to do all the activities from SM_workcenter or solman workcenter using CRM Web UI.

Thanks guys, but i know all that allready. I want to work with my old transaction type and later then use the new functionality.

Hi, Ali.

CRM_DNO_MONITOR in SM 7.1 should be used only for old transaction types (for incidents, problems and change requests that were migrated from SM 7.01).
