Problem: Argentina is not in the list of countries when I create an user

Hi.

When I create an user en Portal 60 sp2, in the list of countries available to choose, it is not Argentina. =(

anybody knows how I can correct it ?

Hi Leandro,

Argentina is unfortunately not in the country list yet. To add it, just edit the file "umeuseradminbase.jar" in the directory "usr\sap\<J2EE_SID>\j2ee\j2ee_<Instance>\cluster\server\services\servlet_jsp\work\jspTemp\irj\root\WEB-INF\portal\portalapps\com.sap.portal.usermanagement.admin\lib".

Just change in the file "countries.properties" and "countries_en.properties" the string "AR=Armenia" to "AR=Argentina" or add a new line with some abbreviation which is not used yet (unfortunately AR and AG is already taken).

Be aware that you might also have to change some other "countries_*.properties" files. For example if you use the portal in spanish, you also have to change the "countries_es.properties" file.
