What is the printer driver you are using?

SWIN is known to have some problems. Better to use something else.

Hi Vijay,

Printer model is HP LaserJet 2420 PCL 6.

I am using CNSAPWIN as we want to print chinese fonts.

If we use other device type it is not printing chinese fonts.

Thanks

Have you tried using the POST2 device type?

This normally rectifies the inverted logo.

Notes

1. Device types TWHPLJ4 and HKHPLJ4 are available with the HP "Printer Control Language" (PCL-5) mode. Not for POSTSCRIPT language mode.
2. To print Traditional Chinese characters as Big5 or HongKong Chinese characters as Big5_HKSCS, you must install each language font DIMM into an HP LaserJet printer or a Lexmark Optra printer surely.
Please contact each printer vendor or following company.

Contact for HP printers; SSC International +852-21857028
3.
SAP has checked the printing with an HP printer and a Lexmark printer using each font DIMM.

4. HKSAPWIN supports the font 'MingLiU_HKSCS' from Microsoft and the font 'Ming(for ISO 10646)ExtB' from Hong Kong Government, and you must install one of them or both fonts into your front end PC before using this device type.
On SAPscript documents, the font 'MingLiU_HKSCS' will be used when you assign the SAP font 'TWSONG', and 'Ming(for ISO 10646)ExtB' will be used when you assign the SAP font 'TWMING' on your document.
On ABAP List printing, the font 'MingLiU_HKSCS' has been set to use as a default in print formats, for example, 'X_65_80'.
Printer code page 8348 is designed for the character set Traditional Chinese HKSCS PUA and 8349 is designed for the character set Traditional Chinese HKSCS Surrogate. Though the code page 8348 is set to the device type as a default, please change this setting depends on your system configuration.
