Print Template in SAP Dm not visible

Hello Experts, 

Hope you all are doing good. 

I want to highlight a problem, which Im facing during the print function in DM. 

I download the Discrete Print templates from SAP notes and uploaded it in Manage print documents app. As seen in Image Print01.

 

But when I do a GR posting and try to print out the confirmed posting, I see this error as seen in Image Print02. The template is not loaded. Could any one please help me out here.

Hi Karishma,

No, use the same template provided as standard and duplicate it, for your custom settings further.

Hi Sayuj,

Have you configured Good Receipt  plugin where you need add Label Document Name and Label Document Version in Print Label Properties.

If yes, then please click on "Generate Preview".

Yes I have maintained it in the POD designer. 

Even then I couldn't load the template.

Still I cant see the template. I created a new Template without any space.

Hi Sayuj,

Please change your formatter type from PDF to Adobe Forms PDF in Manage Document Print and test whether it is working or not.
If not, the please check with Standard Document Name that are already available in Manage Document Print Template

Hi Kartik, Thank you so much for your time and replies. I really appreciate it. I checked with formatter change still it couldnt show the preview. But what I found is that I can generate the preview only with the standard document and all the pdf uploaded in this print document is visible.

Great to know it was working for you.

I think it might be some issue while creating a template. Please try to create new template and check.

I have also create new template but it work for me. Also, if my answer was useful, please consider accepting it as the solution.
