Print Date without non-date characters

With all the date formatting options I don't see a way to do this. I want to remove the non-date characters from a date output. In other words, instead of '09/10/2009' it would output '09102009'.

Try this:

replace(totext({@date}),"/","")

Is there away to follow this but still keep zeroes. For example I want '10/09/2009' to be '10092009' and not '1092009'?

You can change your formula to this

totext({@date},'MMddyyyy')

I hope this helps,
