PREREQUISITES FOR EP 7.0 INSTALLATION

Hi,

Can I know what are the prerequisites to be taken before installing EP 7.0 (R/3 ECC 6.0). Since R/3 is installed on Sun Solaris, we are planning to install EP on same OS.

Please recommend ...

no problem at all. Goto http://service.sap.com/instguidesNW70 to get the installation guides. All available operatingsystems etc you can find at http://service.sap.com//PAM

For using graphical tools like VisualAdmin and ConfigTool when having installed the portal you will need something like XTerm or XWindows on your solaris host.
