Prebuilt Agentry Custom Client

Hi ,

I have build a Agentry custom client using SMP SDK iOS tgz and wrapped with DB as well and its working fine. However the challenge that I am facing is when changing the language the changes are not reflected on data downloaded and it still shows english . Only some of the content is shown in German .

Do I have to make client changes in order to see the changes reflecting for language.

There are different rules and capabilities for branding with the Agentry client. Normally for branding a lot of the key client changes are done in branding and for most of the localization done on the actual application is through the Agentry Localization flow. Most of the localization of Agentry relies on the localization ini file ex:

• Application Globals File = AppGlobals.ini
• Application Strings File = AppStrings.ini
• Client Strings File = ClientTextStrings.ini
• Localization Path = localizations
• Localizations = en_US;es_ES

and this needs to be processed so that each of your definition or translation is captured from the application perspective. From a client perspective (like theme or color) can be done on the branding.

With these 2 techniques you would be able to cover most of the translation.
