Hi dear experts,
We are currently using the EWM_MOBGUI to enter the /SCWM/RFUI transaction (which we have enhanced using SAP Screen Personas) using an edge Browser. We know that edge should not be our first choice but we are very limited in our designe due to hardware constraints.
With this current architecture we are facing the following problems:
1. The cursor is always visible although the user uses the touch screen of the device.
2. We cannot use the windows keyboard because it would enable the user to escape our webapplication/the maximised edge browser and display far more malicious behavior. But the user needs a vitual keyboard on the Log-In screen because there is no scanner or external hardware.
I have been searching the internet and especially the SAP community and there are some indications that the Slipstream Engine might be able to solve or at least avoid this problems. Am I correct with this analysis? Are there any other possibilities we should investigate to solve those problems.
Thank you very much for you suggestions and support and best regards,
Sven
Hi all,
Thanks for the quick feedback. We did not get any virtual keyboard with MobGui + /SCWM/RFUI + Screen Personas.
We solved the issue to get the keyboard by creating a sub class to CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN and redefinging "HTM_LOGIN", "WRITE_CONTENT_END_HTML", "WRITE_CSS_STYLE" and "WRITE_JS_FUNCTIONS".
Regarding Edge i have been told that an industrial browser would be more sufficient but it is fine for us aswell for now as a Chromium based Browser.
Thank you and best regards,
Sven
