If i give startpage as /irj/portal in visual admin, is it possible to access the portal still with the old url i.e using /irj/portal

Yes....we removed irj/portal from ur portal url....
we changed like below
http://ipru-epap.com/irj/portal
to
http://ipru-epap.com
you mean you are still able to access with the old url
yes...........U can access both urls .. we r accessing both urls
