Hi Marcos

If there is any firewall in between end users and portal system domain. You should close the port 50113 in firewall settings.

Hope this helps.

welcome for any more queries

Dear Satish Kumar, I don't have any firewall into the Portal and the end users.

Have you idea if is any way to close this port into the Visual Admin?

Thanks for your reply.

May I ask you why exactly you want to close this port?

It looks different from 5<nr>00, 5<nr>01, 5<nr>08 and 5<nr>18

Are you trying to close this port only for end users?

or once for all ?

Dear Satish Kumar, I need to close to the end users. I don't need that the users access this port.

I am the manager of the Enterprise Portal and I need the acess.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi Marcos

1. There is no place in Visual Administrator to close a port just for end users.

2. You had better go for a firewall between portal system and end users. Contact your System Admin / Network Admin. close the port using fire wall settings.

Best Regards

Satish Kumar.
