Popup window ( Technical Information ) is displayed after almost each user command

Hello,

One of our users have encountered a problem today.

From a moment she had logged in to SAP, almost each action which she performs, triggers a popup window 'Technical Information'. This window contains information about Program and Function which she used.

She can perform one of 3 actions.

* Confirm -> action is aborted and popup window is being closed

* Cancel/Close -> another popup window appears, with function for Cancel/Close

* Navigate -> Source code of program SAPMSSY0 is being displayed

Example:

Restarting SAP and Computer did not helped.

I made some research on the internet for this problem, but I have not found any similar case.

We are using SAP NetWeaver 7.50 (SP Stack 16) and SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 (SP Stack 13)

This window is for developers. You obtain it by selecting a button without pressing it, whose function code is linked to the GUI status of the screen, and by pressing F1.

In your case, it's the button Print of ALV screen.

Please show a screenshot with SAPMSSY0, so that to make sure what is this screen/program.

It turned out, that user had a hardware problem.

Most probably F1 key on keyboard was jammed.
