Hi Experts,
I have an integration requirement where there is a file being stored in a folder within a local PC in a network.
I would like to pick this file using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and push the same to SAP S4 HANA.
Is there a way by which I could directly pick the files from the folder within a PC? If not, what other method could I adopt in transferring data from the PC to SAP?
Kindly advise as this is an urgent requirement. Appreciate your valuable inputs.
Thanks,
Priyanka
You will have to mount that file folder in a PC to another on-prem SFTP server and then you can access that on-prem SFTP server through cloud connector via SFTP Sender adapter. SAP CI dosen't allow files to be picked up via NFS protocol and other protocols like FTP are unsecure and also for that you will have to expose your PC to the internet. So mounting that PC's directories on a on-prem SFTP server may be your best bet.
