Hi floks,

The delete PSA step in process chain older than 1 day is failing.

Error message shown:

Data inconsistency; Partition /BIC/B0000175000 not deleted

Delete request REQU_D4YAYFGUXMPDCWDHM536EDZDI from PSA 80FIAR_O03_DA: Error - subrc: 2

Error message says that RSTSODSPART table has some entries with PARTNO = 0 . There for partition is not deleted.

I do not know whether we will be able to delete this records whose PARTNO = 0 as it a standard table. i checked there are entries with PARTNO = 0.

More over the Request specified REQU_D4YAYFGUXMPDCWDHM536EDZDI has already been deleted from PSA did a check.

The PSA does not consist this request.

Did a check for all the records whose PARTNO = 0. The partion table for these records is diffrent than the one which is specified in my error message.

Kindly let me know how these are interrelated with each other and how to proceed further.

Points will be assigned.

Thanks & Regards,

What is yuor Sp level - we had this problem in SP13 , when we moved to SP18 , it went Away.

Basically you need to run few programs to clean up your PSA and ...

like PSA_EMPTY_PARTNO* and so on....

This is not the full program name / not sure of it is correct also.....

Hello Vaishali,

Please take a look at the note 1150724, particulary the report RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY to check if there is data written into the incorrect partition.

Best Regards,

Vincent
