The AutoRun.exe program need to fix the links on some of the buttons.
Install .NET Prereqs does not work.
View PB Installation Notes does not work:
Installing InfoMaker 15 gives an error but you can continue the installation and the program does run. I have a number of previous version installed.
There is a 2nd zip file to down load from the Beta which includes some documentation the most important one being a PDF file discussion the new features and how they work. You need to review this document because the Help file appears to be from PB12.5.
Now we begin the testing process and will get back later with the results.

OK. I started over with a clean machine. There are still a couple of issues with the install.
1. Installing the .NET Prereqs still gives me the same error, cannot find the file vs_setup.msi. I searched for it and located the file. Then I set the path on the pop up. It installs OK. I suspect that this is a Microsoft issue.
2. Even though I have .Net 4.0 installed and ran the .NET Prereq installation, when installing PB15 it tells me that I do not have the required .Net files.
3. PB15 did not install the Rich Text Control files. The folder Shared\PowerBuilder\rtc is empty. Cane we use the same files as for version 12.5? and if so, what about the 64 bit deployment?
4. Not really a bug but a preference for me.... PB15 installs the x64 run time files in the \Program Files(x86)\Sybase\Powerbuilder15\shared\x64 folder. I would prefer to see all of the 64 bit stuff in the 64 bit Program Files folder. Just more intuitive and where I first went to look for them when building my deployment CD.

Thanks Beverly. That statement is actually in the PB15Readme.txt file which I read after looking for the files.
I installed the PB12.5 rtc files (version 15) and the Rich Text Edit stuff works in the 32 bit Classic IDE and deployment.
This leads me to another suggestion for the installation. Perhaps the button for the "View Readme" on the combined installation window could be moved up so that it is the first thing that should be done prior to installing the software. The name could also be changed to better reflect which file it actually was, ie. the Installation Instructions.
Not being picky... just trying to suggest improvements.

The download is only available from with the SAP service marketplace. You need to have an S user id to access it. There are instructions for obtaining that in the announcement of the beta availability:
I can't seem to locate the download page,
Can you share this?

I did figure out the missing file location errors from the AutoRun buttons. You must extract the zip file before running it otherwise it cannot find some of the files. After doing this I Installed the .NET Prereqs. It ran through the installation process until almost the end when I eventually go this error:
This msi is not on the CD image.

Regarding the vs_setup.msi package cannot be found, can you try the following workaround from cr681440:
- Be sure to run the installation with administrator privileges
- Browse the windows temp directory for a folder that contains the vs_setup.msi.
In windows explorer, run a search for the vs_setup.msi and you should find one with "todays" date.
If doing a search in explorer doesn't find the file, make sure that 'Show hidden files' is checked in explorer.
Ahh... Be careful when you install if you have PB12.5 installed. The installation program uses this folder as the default location to install PB15. So, if you do not change it PB15 and IM15 are installed under the folders for PB12.5 and IM12.5.
I have multiple versions loaded so I create a folder for each version. Here is where version 15 was installed:
