Patch Creation not being created.

Hi Experts,

I have been trying to patch a deployed solution in a test tenant, But when I go into the implementation manager and select 'create patch' the status changes to patch being created but then I never see the new solution in the solution explorer. the 'last action' indicates that a patch has been created but again nothing actually gets created.

Any ideas why this is occurring?

Hi Jonathan,

This usually happens when  the creation of the patch has failed in the backed, it shows in implementation manager as created, but post processing might have failed.

Kindly create an incident so that it can be corrected and resolved.

Did you try clicking on the refresh button of Solution explorer?

Yes nothing comes up at all, if you see the screenshot it doesn't even indicate that there is a patch that can be opened

well, try to delete your local copy of solutions and clear cache of Application studio. Logina nd try again.

If it still does not show up then raise an incident.
