Hi All,
I have done BPM for monitoring a batch job and a service desk message is generating every time the job is cancelled, by using an auto reaction method.
As the ticket is generating now, I want the job details also to come in the ticket. Like name of the job, variant, abap program etc...
Can anyone suggest how can I do this.
am using serv_desk_mess_on_alert auto reaction method, if any parameter we can include in this method so that the job which is cancelled, we will get the details of that along with the SD ticket.
