I have a report with two groups. In the report designer, the groups just have their names displayed - it is no more complicated than that. What I want to do then is ensure that I don't get page breaks in between the two group names and the first line of the details of the second group. It looks a bit stupid when this happens as the top of the next page can be confusing. As long as one line of the details in included on the page, I don't mind that being split with the next line starting on the next page. Hence the minimum is Group Title 1, Group Title 2, Detail of first record in Group 2. If this can't go on a page, start Group Title 1 at top of next page.

It doesn't work precisely as you wish, but try:
Right click the group and select Change Group->Options->Keep Group Together, and you can select Repeat Group Header as well to make the header appear on each page.
