I had a Dashboards 4.0 installed and licensed previously in my environment. However, my OS got re-installed as well as the dashboard designer. Can I still use the previous license or how can I update it?
If you have the key with you, then you can use the same again while installing the software. If you have re-installed the tool with a temporary key, you can change it anytime from the option: Help > License Manager.
