Dear all,
We are running SAP (CRM 5.0) on Oracle 10g in AIX 5.1
Currently the system is very slow and in OS level i can find 100% CPU utilization.
Here Oracle is consuming more than 90% of CPU (as per topas command in AIX)
In SAP, SM50 does not show any activity.
How can we check what process is running in oracle and which process or task is consuming the OS resources.
Thanks in Advance!
Best Regards,
Kiran
Hi,
Did you applied a patch on Oracle? Or changed a profile parameter?

Hello Kiran,
what kind of oracle processes are causing the high CPU load?
If the shadow process are consuming the CPU - go to transaction ST04(old) -> Detail analysis menu -> Oracle session.

Stefan
