Hi Gabriel,

Did you figure out the problem we are experiencing the same problem in two of our development portals with SP12, the funny thing is that we have other portal SP12 where is working, we know that the client configuration is correct due is working in other portal, it is something on the backend (SAP portal).

Thanks,

Following SAP Note 755581 we installed and registered the both DLL's using administrator user, but error is shown yet.

Thanks.

Hi Gabriel,

verify that your portal is configured for activeX instead of java applet.

If configured as ActiveX, please uninstall the activeX and try again.

You need to regserv -u the dll, delete the plugin in the install folder, delete the dll, and try again.

Hi Gabriel,

You need a JavaApplet or an ActiveX control working on the client. See http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/69/eb449a0245b945896f37e326a5efbb/frameset.htm for details.

Hope it helps
