Can you check the OpenDocument processing setting defined in CMC.

Go to CMC->Applications->Right-click on OpenDocument->Processing settings

Also let me know the version of BI Platform.

Hi Suman,

  1. I copied the Standard Open Doc Link.
  2. Added the Web Intelligence Report CIUD into it.
  3. Put it on a URL button in a dashboard.
  4. And published the dashboard to the BI LaunchPad.

When i run it, it gives me an error...

Hi Masood,

The OpenDoc link that you've specified seems to be syntactically incorrect.

You need to add an ampersand (&) before sIDType.

So the correct URL would look like:

http://e-x.xxx.xx.com.sa:8000/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocID=AXGGdPSFHh9EmDP5TZBl0...&sIDType=CUID

You can generate the OpenDocument link within BI Launch Pad as well. For this, login to BI Launch Pad and right-click on the WEBI document and select "Document link".

Hope this helps!

Regards,

Niraj.

Hi,

make sure that webi report iDocID should be correct

its better to copy the iDocID from webi report properties and copy into the same URL inplace of iDocID.

http://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx:8080/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=klMdfFsAA7...

try like this

hoe it will help.
