Open Hub added fields avoid data reload

Hi all,

I've added a few non-key fields to my OpenHub definition (BW 7.5). When I transported these changes to our QAS system, it returned with error code 8 saying "Error during creation of DDIC sources of Open Hub Destination ZF3HMYOH" and "Database table /BIC/OHZF3HMYOH contains data and cannot be deleted".

So my question: Is there no way around deleting all the content in the destination table (and the requests in BW)?

P.S. OpenHub is set to semantic key with "Keep data and overwrite data sets". Remote connection is an Oracle Database via DBCON.

Thanks
David

Hi Roland, thanks! I executed RSBK_DEL_DTP_REQ_FROM_OHD but the error still occurs. Even when I manually try to activate the OpenHub object. Any idea how I can delete the data in the target?

You have to physically delete the data in the remote database. I think you should ask the database administrator of the remote database to do this for you.
