Open document value is passing webi prompt not working?

Hi Experts,

I have pass the value from dashboard to webi document through open document. The corresponding webi document is opening but passing prompt value does not filtered.

Open document url:

http://detsvr660:7080/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocID=AZgigSh5ejdNhro3S71wH1E&sIDTy... Division:=Resin

webi prompt:

Please let me know the issue.

In the end of the URL use &lsSDivision=Resin

I don't understand what you mean by "...passing prompt value does not filtered."

Do you mean you want to refresh the report? If yes, you have to use sRefresh=Y

In the end you are using lsSDivision:=

It should be lsSDivision=Resin

Try this and see if it works.

I'm unable to comprehend your problem. Lets give another try. Take screenshot and share after hiding sensitive data, if any.

Click Here to open the report

1. Take screenshot of the report that opens.
2. You should see the web-I prompt and also you should see "resin" is filled in the last prompt.
3. When you click on run, you should see that the report data is filtered only to show "Resin" values.

In your First post the name of the prompt was "Division:" but in your latest reply your prompt name is "Division" (without the colon : ). This is the possibly the reason why it is not working.

The link should end with....Division=Resin

Optionally, In the web-I report set the default value as "Resin" for the prompt and click the open doc link with sRefresh=Y and you will see that the report would work just fine.
