Hi,

I want to use OTR for using them for label text and I am looking for some information in the same.

What I have observed is that we can access our custom OTRs if and only if the OTRs are created either in the same package in which the webdynpro component has been created or if it is created in the package in which all the standard OTRs are present i.e. sotr_vacabulary_basics.

My concern is can't I create our custom OTRs in a custom package and use it across all the webdynpro components created in different packages. Please suggest with the best solution.

Hi Mukesh,

We can create and use the OTR's from different packages in webdynpro components. When we click on the F4 of the text property of label; a filter option is available in the bottom of the popup (New selection) we can click on this and specify the package or text or alias name and run this selection, we will be given the results available and associate to the label.
