OLAP Hierarchies, how to use in BO

Hi Experts,

I have created an Universe on top of a SAP BI Query and that query is having a 0Material Hierarchy, I got Hierarchy as L01, L02,L03,L04,L05,L06 and thease hierarchies containing class is added into Hierarchies by going into Tools-->Hierarchies added ( Material class containing all L0..).

When i run WebI report with combination of these hierarchies, i don't find data available in WebI report, Could someone guide me how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

make sure that you are in drilling mode, search for a button called "drill". Then you should see that the material values are underlined and can be clicked on (thus drilling down).

Hi Victor,

I got that enable, but ! when i enable and refresh , i am loosing all my measures values. All measures which i have in my report showing blank cells.

Anything we need to do to get them back ?

Hi Suresh,

While the system is prompting while opening Java Report Panel, with the question "Block potentially unsafe components from being run ? (recommended)", select NO.

I have faced this situation and then found that the root cause is this when the machine is having Java (TM) 6 update 23.

Hi Bhasker,

I am using WebI Rich Client rather "InfoView" for creating reports.

Any other clue ?
