Office control toolbar locked issue

Hi Gurus,

I am using the office control embeded in Webdynpro to display stored word document and I'm facing the following problem :

When I open a MS Word document from in Webdynpro page ,I got access to the toolbar menu(print save and all the tools displayed on the top of the control)

But once I open any MS Word document in my Windows system I can not access the toolbar menus in the Webdynpro page.

Hello,

I have the same issue with some pc, the tool bar is locked, in mine everything is working fine.

I checked the versions, i have Office 2007, the other person Office 2010.

I read the OSS note saying that the Office 2010 64 bit is not supported, I checked the version and it was a 32 bit ?? so I sugessted that we change the version and the person installed Office 2007 but it still the same problem. I'm not sure If it's question of version, as we have exactly the same.

Any help please ?
