Hi,
I am trying to create an infoset.
I choose the ODS but i can not join with the other object.
How do i do it?
Re
When you start creating infoset, you would have got a prompt as to "start with".
GIve your DSO name and you will get another screen on the right.
In that your DSO will be thrown and then you need to select another object to which you wish ti join the DSO. Once you select that, put your cursor on the field that you wish to join from the first ODS and drag the cursor and drop it on the field n the second object that you wish to join.

Hi,
So i go to RSISET, then enter the name in the field, click "create".
start with info provide eg. 0SD_001. Once i am in there, i have 2 split screen.
How do i add the other object on the right hand side??
The left handside has the 0SD_001 and right hand side has nothing. How do i join the other object?
Hi,
Apparently, the left side is not shown, but i discovered that the screen is hidden then need to drag the screen.
I can see other ods/info object/cubes for joining.

Design Recommendations -
To avoid problems caused by duplicated key figure values (see SAP Note 592785), SAP recommend that you only stage the key figures of one DataStore object or InfoCube of the InfoSet for the query (indicator in the first column in InfoSet maintenance).
SAP recommend that you only use one InfoSet object (DataStore object, InfoCube, or master data table) with ambiguous characteristic values. This means that when you join a DataStore object with an InfoCube, as long as the InfoCube contains the visible key figures, all the key characteristics of the DataStore object are used in the join condition for the InfoCube. Equally, when joining a master data table with compounding to an InfoCube, all of the key characteristics of the master data table are joined with the characteristics of the InfoCube
