NULL replication

Below is an excerpt from a report on the latest SLT, in regard to NULL value replication.

"The replication of null values (the option Replicate NULL Values) is only supported if the source system is a nonABAP system and the target system is an SAP HANA database."

Our target is non-sap database as well (MS SQLServer).

So for this case, does any one know what happens when a NULL value is encountered? SLT stops? Writes some error msg for that record, and moves to the next record? etc.

Any info would be appreciated.

During creation of new configuration you should activate on "Transfer Setting" page of Wizard option "Activate NULL Value Replication".

In that case for all tables will be activated special procedure and migration object will be generated in such way, so the NULL value will be transfered into HANA target DB.
