Notification appears blank when forwading from outlook

Hi Experts,

I have one strange issue. Notification is sent to user's outlook from workflow which is having all the content. But when this user forwards this mail to another user from outlook then notification will appear as blank.

So my question is that is it related to some settings of email from workflow side or it is overall issue of workflow.

As this is happening to all users.

I think this is a problem with your mail system. When you forward an email it doesn't matter where it comes from, it should always work. What are the contents of this email? Is all of it blank?

is it happening for only the mails from workflow system or for all incoming Mails?

@Viji, This is happening to mails coming from workflow system only.
