NOTES : Correction instruction not implemented

Hi guys,

I am seeing some of the notes that have implemented in my company. Some of the notes whose status is completely implemented displays inits log that Correction instruction 1200615321 00008022680001 incompletely implemented !

What does it mean, do I need to reapply that note. What is the solution for this.

Kindly tell me ASAP.
