Hi Guru's,
We are in BI7.
We have faced the following issues in caching the queries
1.Not all the queries are cached all the time
2.Some Folder Names are not generated; if the folder name is not generated then the caching is not used by the query (OSS Note 860013)
3.Some Time Caching is also not created
4.When the individual Reporting Agent jobs are run we dont face this problem
5.No Roll-Out Memory is one of the issues that occurred frequently.
6.We have tested in D & T Systems
7.The Legacy query also have the same issue.
It's urgent.
Thanks in Advance.

Sameer,
If you are caching queries using memory, make sure you are checking the correct application server since memory caching is specific to an application server. You can toggle application servers using transaction SM51. Also, if the cache size of a specific report execution is greater than 1/5th the total memory cache setting, it will not be cached. E.g. if you set the global cache size to 200MB, a 40+MB cache will not be written to memory.
I would also verify that your queries are set to use the cache, you can check in RSRT or table RSRREPDIR. Regenerating the query also helps make sure that the query definitions works as designed.
Hope that helps,
-Joh

The issue is when we run all the queries individualy the BLOB cache works but as job (Process chain) it fails to work and doesnt create folders, or creates folders but without description.
We tried with five Queries on five different MP, as a process chain with BLOB Cache, it created only one folder with description.
Can someone please help on this.
POINTS WILL BE AWARDED.
Thanks in Advance
