Not able to View BSP application in portal content area

Hello All,

We are using ESS / MSS packages and We have a BSP application , which is being integrated to the portal using iView , But when i access the iview for example through user A i am able to view the applcaiton in the portal content area, Whereas for user B i am getting the following error as below , Could anyone suggest as to the reason why the error being seen?

Hi ,

If one user is able to view it and other cannot , then it looks like a permissions issue .

Open up the permssions editor for the iview and assign the necessary permissions to the user .

Thanks for your inputs , But could you let me the exact steps as to where am i suppose to check the permissions . Since I am pretty much new to portal .

Go to system Admin ->Permissions -> navigate to the ivew in portal content . Right click on it and open up the permission editor .

Give Read permission to everyone group and check the end user checkbox and let me know if you still face issues .

Check if user B has End User Permission on your system.

Hi Ronniee.
