Not able to find URL for MSS Report Launch pad

Hi

i want the URL for Report Launch Pad. Please suggest me how t get this in to Portal. I have to give this Link to Developer to define in some other application so that user can navigate directly from Other application to MSS-> Report Launchpad(i.e.time levelling Report).

do u mean the transaction code?

thn it would be fpb_lp_mss_rep_cust.
