Not able to change status in Request for Change in CHARM 7.1. Why

Dear CHARM Experts,

While in the screen for approval in Request for change, the Business user is able to approve the Change request but the main status is not changing to 'Approved' but remains as 'To be approved'.

Please see the screen shots for reference.

Now even when I try and change the status through transaction optimizer, no change object ID is getting created for urgent correction.

Please help, nearing end of days for Project.

Hello Mangesh,

You should probably check your approval workflow, in your screen shot it says level 1 was set to approved, check if there are additional level's.

If that's not the case then try restarting approval procedure by changing status of CRT.

That was a demo I created, so no more approval is required. How do I restart?

You can restart the approval procedure by setting the status one step back through actions.

Please check authorization as Jansi suggested.

Also you can check logs under processing log tab on same page, why the activity failed.
