no icon display on system tray after startup db(dbsrv10.exe)

hi all

i have installed a new window 7 platform and installed sqlanywhere 10 , but when i startup the service , i didnt see any icon on system tray ,may i know how to fix this problem?

normally , should have a lighting icon at system tray, thank you.

Hi, I remember of some Windows restriction/feature, called Interaction with desktop, which blocks the tray icon from being displayed, once running db engine as a service. Its built in since Windows Vista or 7, same on Windows Servers 2008+. I miss it as well, but we have to get used to that.. 😉
